Speak face-to-face using our secure, integrated video chat. Unlike other popular video chat applications, Claris video calling technology is private, secure, and incredibly easy to use. Simply log in to the Claris Console website or use our iOS or Android app to start a Video Call.. Because the Claris app is designed to be always on, clients will always be alerted to an incoming call and only need to touch the large “Answer” button.

Email and Text Messaging
Send emails and text messages directly to patients (a private email address and text message number is provided for each patient by us). Users are notified immediately and messages appear in large easy-to-read text. They can also reply or write new messages using the on-screen keyboard, voice-to-text recognition, or external bluetooth keyboard (not included).
Email (or upload) digital photos to the device from anywhere. New photos are automatically displayed on the screen and are stored in a personal photo album for clients to enjoy at any time. When not in use, our app can be set to display photos in slideshow mode, just like a digital picture frame.
Videos can be a powerful way for you to engage clients socially as well as provide valuable care information. Anyone can upload videos of any format to the user's device from anywhere. New videos are automatically displayed on the screen and are stored in their personal video album to enjoy at any time.
Medication compliance is critical to helping keep clients safe at home and out of hospital. The Claris app can be remotely configured to remind clients when to take their medications or perform other health care related treatments such as glucose testing. Alerts can be sent to family and care providers if reminders are missed.

Without being intrusive, get answers to simple questions by scheduling surveys. With the touch of one button, clients can respond Yes, Maybe or No to any question you configure. For users with mild dementia, Alzheimer’s or memory loss, questions can be scheduled in advance and repeated daily so you can easily keep track of their well-being and compliance with daily routine.
Many clients may not know how to reach your staff. With a touch of the “Call Me” button an email or text message can be sent to staff asking them to call when they get a chance. As a result, isolated clients can reach out to staff, family and friends easily.
Daily wellness surveys can be scheduled that kindly ask the client how they are feeling. With the touch of a button (great/good/okay, poor/terrible), wellness trends can be established over time and alerts can be sent to family and caregivers.
In the morning, clients can press the “check-in” button to automatically record that they're okay. If the check-in button is not pressed, after a configurable amount of time an alert will be generated and sent to family or caregivers notifying them that the check-in was missed.
